The lack of Vitamin P

The lack of vitamin P increases vascular permeability and because of that skin bleeding occurs. That is why the vitamin P is also called the vitamin of vascular walls. These disorders of capillary permeability are due to capillary vessels tone decline. Symptoms: permeability disorders are characterized by the appearance of bleeding. Retinal bleeding is severe. Other forms of bleeding occur less frequently. The evolution of this deficiency can be progressive if nutrition is poor. Serious complications are retinal or brain bleeding. The treatment is dietary( fruits) and medicinal ( tablets or vitamin p injections). Prophylaxis: a rich diet in vitamin C and P is recommended.
